Wedding Supplier Spotlight: Deco Flowers

Finding the finishing touches for your bridal look can seem daunting when there are so many options out there.  For us personally we love it when you can have input to the final output and have a designer about that can help realise your dream bridal accessories.

One such supplier is Deco Flowers who specialise in bespoke wedding accessories for all types of brides.  So whether you relate as a boho bride or an alternative bride founder Nadya Mamaeva can create one off pieces that match your personality.

Here we let Nadya talk you through her work and approach to let you know how her accessories add a that little something extra to your bridal look…

My brand started its life 9 years ago, and it is the result of my strength, energy and time invested into it. Everything started with polymer handcrafts made by myself, later I found better materials – more practical and more suitable for my works (tissue, foam eva).

I find inspiration in a nature, flowers and all the fine details. My strength definitely in the bespoke high quality flowers and unique design are in my handcrafts.

We have high quality handmade products, all items are made in small numbers, as well for us an individual approach to each client is important and fulfil custom orders.

The main request from couples is to create an individual style of accessories for their big day.

We are always ready to receive interesting orders of any complexity. Couples are our inspiration for creating new collections so it is always a joy as I get to explore new techniques and really let my creativity flow to create beautiful pieces that are completely personal for that particular couple.

At first, we work out the general concept of accessories with the bride. As soon as the general concept has become clear, the detailing takes place, with the possible creation of sketches and the making of clarifying collages as well as the selection of colours and shades. All details are important for the bride, so there is no chance for mistake. As soon as all the details are specified, the process of creating accessories takes place, with demonstration of the intermediate stages of work which really helps clarify if the piece is forming as the Bride saw the piece developing into.

When the final pieces have been delivered to prospective brides I always love it when I receive awesome feedback about the work and even better when the happy couple send through some wedding photos from the happy day itself as I love to see the pieces created being used to their best effect.
