Firstly I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart and socks for your support in 2014. Chosen Wedding had an amazing year, showcasing more talent in the industry than you can shake a glittery stick at, with some amazing styled photoshoots, providing us with a wealth of inspiration and the drive and ambition to get bigger and better to support our exhibitors in the future. Without you, we really wouldn’t be who we are or able to do what we love so I really cannot thank you enough. You truly do rock my little world. I hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas period and I wish for each and everyone of you love, health, light and prosperity for the coming year.

The festive period is a funny old thing. We spend all year heading towards it, looking forward to a lovely break with family and friends and it flies past so quickly that many of us feel we’ve hardly had a break at all! I hope you’ve managed to squeeze in some good times and rest times with your loved ones this year.

For me personally, here at Chosen HQ we had such a busy run up to Christmas that I feel my feet have barely touched the ground. October was show month with Bristol and London going being really well received by both brides and grooms to be and exhibitors and press, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Onto November and busy bee syndrome ensued with photoshoots, planning campaigns, bookings, new website design, consultations and business mentoring all keeping us out of trouble.

The week before Christmas I flew out to San Francisco with my beau on a work trip - hoping upon hopes for a break but I just couldn’t stop thinking about those things that hadn’t been done yet. US Christmas sales however are the bizz!

Fly back to the UK, try to recover from jet lag - drive up to the Cotswolds for Christmas with my family, drive back to London to get chance to finish them off and I feel I can finally breathe!

So with warm spiced cider in hand I’m finally extremely happy to announce our new website is now online. I hope you like it!

We’re bringing some new and exciting changes to Chosen Wedding for 2015. Along with the usual wonderful shows in Bristol and London this Spring, we’ll also be launching our new campaign - #weddingrevolution - which you may have heard us whittering about these past few months in excitement!

The #weddingrevolution campaign is all about our belief that it really should be easier to find contemporary, alternative, unique and beautifully created items, also that the wealth of talent that the UK wedding industry has to offer should be more accessible. We know so well how many wonderful exhibitors there are out there, but somehow and in some area’s of the UK, there is less exposure of this incredible talent and we aim to turn this around. Pop on over here to find out more!

Along with this we are also going to be taking on more one on one business mentoring and consultations. After being so often asked for help in areas such as how to market, branding, getting the most out of exhibiting, how to organise and promote your own events, launching new collections and more!

Which also leads us nicely into launching Chosen Wedding Collective. The CWC will be launched in February 2015 to offer assistance in these areas in the form of both a blog and later a forum and workshops too.

So, without further delay, please do explore to our spangly new website and have a little browse around. You’ll find more detail on the above as well as a few other treats along the way! Let us know what you think - its always great to get feedback.
