So having had the idea of sharing the love, we did a lot of research into areas that may enjoy us running a fresh and contemporary event. And so, we bring our unique, modern vintage wedding fair Reading to you lovely people!
Located in the heart of Reading town centre, The Olympia Ballroom at Shehnai is one of the largest indoor venue locations in the Royal County of Berkshire. Just a few minutes from the Oracle and the River Thames, the central location lends itself to weddings, concerts, conferences and now Chosen Bespoke & Vintage Wedding Fair Reading.
The Olympia Ballroom was built in the 1700’s by one of King George’s physicians and has a historic listed frontage. The building started life as an asylum, then became a hub of activity in the 50’s as the Olympia Ballroom playing host to the likes of the Rolling Stones, The Who and Rod Stewart. The main ballroom remains virtually unchanged to this day and we just couldn’t resist bringing our alternative and unique vintage wedding fair to a spot where Mick Jagger once shook his hips!
With both the original design features, open stage and freshly renovated stage, it presents a lovely open canvas for us to get creative and showcase the very best in Reading wedding fair exhibitors and service providers and host the most fun wedding wonderland this area has ever seen! We fully intend on taking the area by storm!
Our new bespoke and vintage wedding fair Reading is one of our #weddingrevolution locations – this campaign is an acknowledgement of gaps that we have identified in the market for contemporary, fresh and fun wedding events and we fully intend on going into these areas and turning things a little upside down! With a fresh approach and a main emphasis on fun and discovery we plan on creating a show to remember chock full to the brim of unique, vintage quirky, stylish and ahead of trend items to help you express your own personality.
