Who doesn't love a great Rustic Wedding?! We always find they are so relaxed and to us they feel like a big hug scooping us up. Finding the perfect style for a chic rustic reception can be quite difficult as it is quite a popular style that creating unique installations can be difficult.
But that need not be so with todays supplier Rustic Rentals who specialise in creating the perfect contemporary twist on the Rustic Wedding.
We take five minutes to have a quick catch up with Lynne to find out more...

What do you do and why do you do it? What makes it so special to you?
I have a passion to help couples make their weddings both beautiful and unique within their budget. Rustic Rentals offers a very cost effective way for couples to source unique Props.
Your wedding day is one of the best days of your life and I love to help couples chose unique props to make their wedding look amazing.
Here at Rustic Rentals we have lots of unique vintage props, many sourced from France, offering a very cost effective solution for couples who want to bring together their rustic wedding styling dreams at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
We’re also great for the environment as our items are re-used and repurposed which is a true passion of ours - bringing life back to discarded treasures.
We work alongside many other wedding professional to sculpt the dream look for our couples that showcases their venue to the max!
After all of my career has been working as a Quantity Surveyor in construction it’s lovely to be able to finally use my passion for design, colour, interior design, flowers in my new business.
I love to help others who find it difficult to visualise the design and I love to help others.

What sort of questions do you find that couples often ask you?
Most couples need help on how to style their wedding tables and pull together a cohesive look.
I encourage couples to visit us and to put together the table layouts using the props at our HQ, so they can visualise what they had imagined. We put together different options, photograph them, then our brides and grooms get to go home and review the options until they have made the choice that is right for them.
What do you think is the hardest part of planning a wedding?
Narrowing down the style that you want for your wedding from all the varied and fabulous ideas on Instagram and Pinterest. There are so many wonderful concepts on there that it is very easiest to get lost. It is like a maze - you enter into it freely and sometimes get distracted so much its hard to find the true path to your perfect wedding.
Tell us a little about the process you go through with couples - how do you start? why do you feel that makes for a great partnership?
I encourage couples to visit and describe their vision, and their initial Prop choices, then we go out into the stockroom and start to design with the props. This way the couples can visualise how everything will look on their big day.
We start to build a relationship from the emails, first visit and many couples visit more than once as once they’ve seen the props their vision may change.
If you could give couples planning their wedding one piece of advice - what would it be?
Relax and enjoy your day - don’t worry about the small details on the day . Delegate and let others do that for you.
It will all look amazing on the day and if anything isn’t quite as you expected, no one else will know that something hasn’t quite gone to plan
