Our application process is easy. You first port of call will be to request the exclusive link to our brand new exhibitors brochure by joining our mailing list below. This covers all of the details of what is is like to be a part of he Chosen family. If you wish to be removed from the list simply email us to let us know. We won’t bombard you with emails often, but every so often we’ll give you a little nudge and let you know our new dates in hope you may join us.

If after reading the brochure that you feel we are the right fit for you and your business then the next stage is to fill out the application form below. It is here that we like to hear a bit about you and like to ensure that we will be a good fit for each other, so please make sure that you provide us with a website address or Facebook page link, also a little background or what it is that you do or specialise in and how you envisage your space looking if you are lucky enough to get a space at one of our fairs.
Applying for a space does not mean that you will automatically get a stall at the shows, this is a process and its very important that we’re well suited for each other as well as for the overall curation of the show.
Please note that we do fill up really quickly – sometimes 6 months in advance and especially for certain categories.
Marketing inclusion (without exhibiting) is available for each event – Select this option on the application form.
Due to the uncertain times we have been facing we have made the decision to not run until the Autumn of 2021 to enable us to organise and run the fairs both safely and effectively for both suppliers and guests attending the events. This news mean that all current bookings will be transferred over to the Autumn dates automatically. The good news is that there are some spaces left (please scroll down to see what specialisms we are able to accommodate). For Autumn we will be returning to returning to Bristol and London once again.

By filling in the form below you are are able to join our mailing list to hear updates about our events and all our exciting plans for the future. If you are successful in your application you will be contacted back - do remember to check those spam and trash folders in case those pesky spam filters do their thing automatically.
In light of recent events we have taken the decision to alter the payment process for the foreseeable future in order to help all you wonderful small business during this time. If you are successful an invoice will be sent out and a 25% deposit will be required immediately in order to claim the space. You will then have more time to pay in instalments up to your event.
If you want to exhibit but you specialism is full it may be of interest to know that typically open online applications in January for Autumn Events and around August for Spring Events.
