Hey there! Thanks so much for your interest in joining the fun at one of our shows.
We’re always looking out for unique and creative businesses that really show passion for our visiting couples wedding days. If that is you, and you have a fantastic product or service to showcase – we’d love to hear from you! Nothing is too quirky or out there – as long as your passion for all things weddings sings!
Our application process is easy. If you’ve not showcased with us before, your first port of call will be to request the exclusive link to our brand new exhibitors brochure using the form below. This covers all of the details of what is like to be a part of the Chosen family.
If you think we might be a good fit for each other, you can then scroll down to the bottom of this page to pop us an application. Please complete the application as fully as you can – we choose our suppliers for their passion, energy and talent, so be sure to tell us all about what makes you tick!
If you ever wish to be removed from the our mailing list simply email us to let us know. We won’t bombard you with emails, but every so often we’ll give you a little nudge and let you know our new dates in hope you may join us.

If after reading the brochure that you feel we are the right fit for you and your business then the next stage is to fill out the application form below. It is here that we like to hear a bit about you and like to ensure that we will be a good fit for each other, so please make sure that you provide us with a website address or Facebook page link, also a little background or what it is that you do or specialise in and how you envisage your space looking if you are lucky enough to get a space at one of our fairs.
Applying for a space does not mean that you will automatically get a stall at the shows, this is a process and its very important that we’re well suited for each other as well as for the overall curation of the show.
Please note that we do fill up really quickly – sometimes 6 months in advance and especially for certain categories.
Marketing inclusion (without exhibiting) is available for each event – Select this option on the application form.

Bristol: Sunday 16th October 2022
If you are successful in your application you will be contacted back - do remember to check those spam and trash folders in case those pesky spam filters do their thing automatically.
Please make sure you have read through our new brochure to see the options for stands available, the prices and also more details about our Marketing Inclusion costs as well as our new online directory listing offers.
Once you have done this you can apply for our events by filling in the online application below.
By filling in the form below you are are able to join our mailing list to hear updates about our events and all our exciting plans for the future. We won’t bombard you with emails often, but every so often we’ll give you a little nudge and let you know our new dates in hope you may join us, remember to add our email address info@chosenwedding.com to your contact list so you don’t miss any important announcements.
In light of recent events we have taken the decision to alter the payment process for the foreseeable future in order to help all you wonderful small business during this time. If you are successful an invoice will be sent out and a 50% deposit will be required immediately in order to claim the space. You will then have more time to pay in instalments up to your event.
If you want to exhibit but you specialism is full it may be of interest to know that typically open online applications in January for Autumn Events and around July/August for Spring Events.
