TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking

Bookings cannot be confirmed until payment has been made. Due to the amount of enquiries that we get we are no longer able to hold spaces without payment.

Please note all stall payments are non-refundable and are only transferable at our discretion and if possible. The organiser is under no obligation to refund any or part of the payment made.

Stand / Stall Space

Bookings include table hire and seating.

‘Exhibitors’ must bring their own table covering or display decoration.

We ask that you try to steer away from traditional table-top displays as and where possible as it makes for better interaction and displays of creativity.

If you wish to bring any furniture to use within your space and are unsure about sizes, please let us know so that we can ensure we can accommodate it.

Most of our venues do not allow for any posters or wall hanging, however if you wish to bring a banner or erect a backdrop behind your stand please do let us know so that we can position your space appropriately.

Changing room facilities are supplied at each event.

‘Exhibitors’ must remain at the event for the entirety of the event unless otherwise arranged. Any amendment to this will be at the discretion of ‘Chosen’ Wedding directly. Any ‘exhibitor’ who takes down their stall before the advertised times, without prior arrangement, will not be invited to participate at any future events.

Our events are designed to promote you so if you have any requirements not listed please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate as much as we can for you.

Insurance

Exhibitors are responsible for Public Liability Insurance. We ask that you have your own cover. ‘Chosen Wedding’ or the hosting venue will not be responsible for any theft, damage, loss of items or personal injury.

Exhibitors selling or offering food must have both Public Liability Insurance and Health and Safety Certificates and must supply these to ‘Chosen Wedding’ to present to the hosting venue no later than two weeks before the event date.

‘Chosen Wedding’ will accept no responsibility for loss of earnings due to cancellation, bad weather or poor attendance.

Promotion

Although ‘Chosen Wedding’ do their upmost to promote events and uphold a marketing plan, we cannot guarantee a particular number of visitors to each event.

We do ask all exhibitors to promote as much as possible also, any promotional material will be sent out to you in good time prior to the event.

Please ensure that all promotional information is supplied to us when requested or we are unable to promote your attendance or products without. This will also affect your directory entry.
